Yes, in fact I think we are constantly under spies, but for me it isn't a problem because I don't use very much my cellular

I saw on fox news that the fbi now has permission to listen in on all cell phones & they can even do it w/ the phone off using the mic-the only way to make sure you can't be listened to is to remove your cell battery
