Well regarding the topic at hand, an uncle of mine knows how to practise and I would like to narrate a personal experience of mine regarding the same. I had severe pain in my shoulder and had already had pain killers to no avail. I did not belive in reiki but then decided to give it a shot since all else had failed. I had a session with my uncle for around and hour and guess what, after the hour I was comfortable enough to go to sleep and after waking up the pain was gone. It definitely worked and did wonders for me :)
