staffs doing business by selling text books

am here to discuss about the current trend being followed by the staffs of various colleges and schools including the management.they collect the text book from the author and sell the text books directly to the students there by getting a good amount of comission..and guess wat???who is been affected by this behaviour??....all d book shop sellers who have these text books with them already...the staffs motivate students to buy the text book from them ..thereby creating a very unfavourable condition for all book shop sellers.staffs and management wants there students to get each and every text books and note books from them only.but the irony is that they never provide the students with the NCERT text because they dont get any commission from that!...do u think that it is right??if everyone continues this way..wat will these sellers do??what is ur opinion my frendz?
