McPherson, Ks is the county seat of McPherson County. Population is about 14,000 in town, 28,000 for the community. We have lots of agriculture in the county. Kansas is the wheat state. In town we do plastic manufacture, food manufacturing, injectable drugs for hospitals, fiberglass, and chrome polishing to name a few industries. We have two small, church affiliated colleges. I attended one, and that is why I came to live here when my first husband was discharged from the military. We thought the schools were excellent. What about your hometown?

I was born in Davao City, the largest city in the Philippines. I grew up there and also finished college there. Davao City is known for its huge banana plantation and also cacao. Mt. Apo is located there and many mountain climbers are starting to be attracted to climb the mount.
There are many fruits in Davao City as the climate is good, no rainy nor dry season. We have the well-known delicious and nutritious durian which could be eaten or made into candies.

My home town is New Delhi, India.. I like this place very much...
New Delhi is the capital of India and third largest city of India. It is a fusion of the ancient and the modern standing along the West End of Gangetic Plain, the capital city, Delhi unwinds a picture rich with culture, architecture and human diversity, deep in history, monuments, museums, galleries, gardens, exotic shows. Comprising of two contrasting yet harmonious parts, the ol delhi and new Delhi, the city is a travel hub of Northern India...

My hometown where I lived for 12 year is Ewing, NJ. It was home of the first Ford factor, I believe where planes were made first. The factory is now been torn down. Of course it's in the Garden State! I'm not sure what else it's known for other then it's quiet neighborhoods and great bakery's. I currently reside in Florida, but I'm hoping by this summer I will be calling Atlanta my home town.
