i think he should be given the toughest punishment for killing and assaulting 20 children below 14yrs. they have sent him in custody for two days.i think it's totally unfair they should take some actions against him and transfering police officers from one place to another is not the solution of a problem.they should be punished also for not taking action against that culprit at the right time.what do you think about this matter.

yes, i've seen that killer in newspapers and on live telecast.it was horrible and he himself confess that he was responsible for all these murders and their was no basic reason behind it now u can imagine inhuman nature.we are totally forgeting our ethics.
