Homemade Stewed Tomatoes
SUBMITTED BY: Mary Ann Armstrong
"Homemade stewed tomatoes, right from your garden, is simple, fun, and tasty!"
INGREDIENTS
10 ripe tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
DIRECTIONS
To peel the tomatoes, place them in boiling water for 1 minute and then immediately transfer to cold water. Peel and quarter tomatoes, and place in a large saucepan with the salt. Slowly simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

I have posted many of them. Go and check them out.
Meanwhile, drink a lot of water, skip salt and sugars and snacks.
Take white breat chicken, skinless, boneless, spray with Pam, season with cajun, and bake. Sprinkle some parmasian on top. Bake 30 min. in oven 350*.
Make all veggies in the mircro plain. Or, a tbs. of olive oil only. Season with spices.
No bread,rice or potatoes.
Good luck dear.

SLEEP ON YOUR BACK. This will help prevent wrinkles. If you sleep on your side or face down, pressure on the face literally causes the skin to wrinkle. This is particularly true of the nasal-labial fold, which is the line that runs from the nose to the mouth. Laughter lines can also form from sleeping this way as the skin around the eyes is particularly thin.
