Ladies Has Anybody Missed A Period And Wasn't Pregnant?

I have missed a period and not been pregnant when I was under a lot of stress, sick, or on certian medications. This is not a rare thing.

Thank you for that response but maybe I should have been more precise in my question. I am aware that stress, body weight, hormonal imbalances caused various medications can all contribute to missing a period. I am more interested in this occurring without any of those circumstances.

Any other time it is usually caused by hormones. Some people are just irregular if they are not on birth control.
