Well it is a sad ending to an evil dictator life. While people in Iraw celebrate some would say there was a sense of control when he was in power which has now been ruined by the Americans

Sense of control? Well I suppose there is control when the leader of your country kidnaps tortures and kills political dissenters. Lets put it this way, those that fight and protest in Iraq right now, would be killed if Saddam were still in power. They would have no right to do that.
