impact of mc grath and warne....2 giants of cricket and australia quitting....

Australia will continue to be a force in world cricket. India will have a bit of a shock when the lose the upcoming test series easily. The second teir players in Australia are just brilliant when compared to other countries.

aus has a strong 2 nd line of defence [ i mean offence ] so it wont worry them but everything that's looking so easy won't be that easy after they r gone!!!!!!!!

wel i think australia will be weak but surely stll continue to be the best team. Bowlers like stuart clark, mitchell johnson along with fast brett lee are there to take over the legacy of warne and mcgrath.The strength of most teams to compete in a match lies in their batting and their batting is still very strong, just imagine if not for the batting india wouldn't have won any matches before sourav ganguly took over. So i think its still pretty even betwween australia and other teams, its just that australia have the bowlers, its a matter how they cope with pressure like those two greats did in their prime.

It will definitely have an impact especially in the bowling department but if you look at rest of australia, it consits of other great players--ricky ponint, adam glicrist, mathew hayden, and now mike hussey all are great batsmen and brett lee and other new bowlers can do the job. It will be a bit weaker but still plenty of potential. It will be interesting to see what happens a few years from now when the above mentioned players retire too. Then australia might not have the same balance as of now.

yes whcn glean mcgrath and shane warne leave australian team then they miss them very much because both are giving match wining performance always and i dont think that after them australia will easily defeated because they having good players in their team when both shane warne and glane mcgrath are injured at that time their team performing well and wining so i dont think that they will defeated easily but opposite team will not fear of them atleast not indian and england
