Yes, I called 911 one day I was going to work and due to ice, two cars hit me from behind, I didn't mean to call 911, just resolve it with car insurance, but as soon as I get out of the car I actually saw there was another accident and much bigger than mine as two cars hit frontally. So I called 911, they just asked me where I was and then said they already knew and were already on the way.
