Saddam was a cruel person but he must not be hanged liked this. The United States of America has no rights to kill a person like this. there are international laws and judgments for these kinds of cases. Are you agree or not??

Jeez. Do people not believe their own eyes and ears that the USA had nothing to do with the Iraqis placing a noose around this man's neck and hanging him?! If you want to go off on a country for killing a man who killed THOUSANDS of innocent people, why don't you blame the Iraqi government? Better yet.. why not blame Saddam for putting this all on his own head?

The United States didn't kill him. The entire judicial process was done by the Iraqi government. There weren't Americans present at the killing either.
So to answer you question, the Amerians didn't decide, the Iraqi justice system and teh Iraqi people decided how to handle their own criminal.
