How often should we get a physical?

How often should we go to the doctor to get a physical, go to the dentist for our teeth, get our eyes checked, or even get our hearing testing? Or should we just wait until something is wrong with us to get these things done?

Physical should be done once a year.
Teeth checked every six months.
Eyes at least once every 2 years.
I'm not sure about hearing, but no one really recommends a yearly check.
Never wait until you know something's wrong, since by then it's usually too late. And sometimes you won't even know that something's wrong until it is too late.
