Macaroni and Cheese recipe

Here is a great crock pot recipe for Macaroni and cheese.
1 8-ounce package elbow macaroni
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 cups PLUS 1 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Combine milk, eggs, butter and 2 cups cheese in a bowl and mix well. Add macaroni and mix well. Transfer to a slow-cooker (crock pot). Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top. cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Don't stir or remove lid until after 3 hours.

I just copied this down. I thank you very much for this recipe. During the colder months this will be great and we will put the hot dogs atop all this for a complete snacky meal in the middle of the day on the weekend!!!
