give your referral link to your friends and above all, post your link on forums as most as you can, or if you can, create a website with all your referrals links ;)
I guess the best thing to do is try and talk your family and friends in joining up under your referral, none of mine like the internet and especially forums, so I had no luck, best of luck to you though..
