help me! i can't quit smoking!

Does anyone out there have any advice for a smoker of 10 years who'd really love to quit? I am allergic to Welbutran. I tried it and actually quit for a month, but had a rare allergy to it. :( So, any advice?

I quit 35 years ago when I got pregnant with my son. It took much more for my husband to quit. He had smoked since he was 15. I tried everything to get him to quit, nothing worked, he would hide them from me, so it was doing no good. Then one night 9 years ago he had a heart attack and then a triple bypass just to save his life! He hasn't smoked since. Amazing huh?

Unfortunatly, getting pregnant right now isn't an option for me, as I am working full time and working towards owning a house first. :P However, I have a lot of friends who that has worked for!

it is up to your hand to controll smoking.otherwise you will realise in the older age

I need help to, there is no way that I can not quit, im just to lazy to quit, but there will be no help, but only you...do it now, or wait for cancer ;)

Why don't you try Polo mint or any other mint my uncle used to use it and eventually got rid of smoking.
