i think they can regardless of their religion, ethnic and status if they want to... but i think their most prior concern is their beauty... they don't want to have so many black spot & bruises all over their body, do they?

They can play football but not in Islamic countries, because this is illegal in Islam to show their legs & arms.

well in mississippi women can't play football with men because of their gender

Maybe becouse they dont have so much power like mans, so in women football there is no action ;)
