Do you think it is a good idea to go to a bar with your boss to drink?

I have notice where I work at that sometimes my boss and others who work there go to the bar after hours. Do you think it is a good idea to go with your boss and other coworkers to the bar to drink when they ask you "if you would like to come" ?

If you get along with your co-workers and you want to socialize with them, then it is a good idea to go. However, if you don't drink, like bars, or care to associate with your co-workers & boss, then I would not go. If you don't go and give them good reasons to why you can't go, they will respect your honesty.
