Running race is an old kind and traditional race ever. Did you ever join running race?

I've been running in races for more than 20 years, ranging from 5K to the marathon. I still try to run one or two races a month, they vary in length from 5K to half marathon (13 miles) but most of them are 5 miles to 10 miles.

yeah very much but frankly i never won any trophy but i run for fun and i find it very hard to rub\n short distance
