Cream Cheese

Can you freeze cream cheese. I bought to much at Christmas time.

I did'nt think you could freeze any kind of cheese. Cheese lasts forever anyway. Buy some Bagles or something. That's what I would do.

yes i do and its ok. I come from canada to do my grocery shopping in USA and cream cheese is one thing i buy there cause its so cheap. I usually end up freezing all cheese that I buy there.
