Ganglion Cysts

Has anybody ever had success with removing a ganglion cyst either by surgery or aspiration? I had mine aspirated last week and it came right back. I need advice as my fingers are tingling and I do not want to have the surgery. I will take any homeopathic remedies as well- just no bible banging on the cyst suggestions please. thanks Haley
