i meet lot's of friend and do all the best thing for them but i don't know how will know who is the best of them.

When they're there for you in the hard times, as well as the good ones. Fair-weather friends will often leave you in times of distress or ignore your feelings and act like you're not going through anything. Your real friends will stick by you through thick and thin and will always be there to give you a shoulder to lean on.
