I just received this email from a dear friend and thought that I would share it with you.
After serious and cautious consideration . . . . your CONTRACT OF FRIENDSHIP has been renewed for the New Year - 2007.
It was a very hard decision to make! So please try to be friendlier and more caring next year.
I am giving you another chance, so please DON'T MESS IT UP! 'cuz it's impossible to find a friend who is 96% funky, 97% kind, 98% talented, 99% loving and 100% sweet.
So - don't lose me . . . OK?

Very nice!!!!!!! Its really a good e-mail. O aunt! who sends u such good e-mails??? Lolz. Do n't mind. It resembles forword sms. I cann't send u an e-mail bcuz i do n't know urs id but i can wish u here.

This was sent to me by a special friend of ours who my husband has known for over 40 years now and I have known for about 20 years. I am pleased that you enjoyed this sweetie.

Most definately I will be renewing our friendship contract for 2007 caribe. I agree that we can never have too many friends and should look after the ones that we do have. I hope you have a very Happy New Year and that 2007 brings you much joy and happiness. :)

This is a great reminder i need a few of these as i have not had much time to give to my friends of late . I thought as you got older and your family grew married and made their own lives i could sit back and relax WRONG!!!. I have a very active full life but to the detriment of some of my good friends i am sad to say . Hey they are good friends so hopfully they will give me another chance as your friend did . Thanks ossie for the wake up call

My pleasure entirely rosebug because sometimes we do get so busy with other things in our life, that good friends can slip through. Actually the friend who sent this to me is one that I talk to at least twice a week and have done so for many years. Even when we are away, we will talk once a week plus I will send a text message to say where we are and what we are doing. LOL

Ossie, I love the Contract of Friendship. I want to renew my contract of friendship with you for at least another year. I've made some very nice friends here at myLot and hope to make many more. Happy New Year and may 2007 be great to you!

This is quite funny. Thank you for sharing. I myself did not receive this email :( but I will sure cross my fingers as I have 12 hours til I guess my contract expires as well :) I hope you don't mind if I share it with some of my friends as I am sure it will bring quite a few laughs.

Hi kyliepops - great to have you back again. All is well here but it is hot still and no sign of rain yet but we live in hope. Happy New Year to you too and hope that 2007 is full of all the wonderful things that you like and want. :)
Good that you got one of these too. They are great and only someone who is confident they are a good friend would send one I think.
