Why are a lot of people happy for sadamas death?

I wondering why is everyone happy for saddmas death even if he didnt do anythting to them.I dont like saddam and I never would feel sorry for his death,but would you?why or why not?

i think it is not about being panished by saddam , as a human being we all have feeling for each other in the matter of killing insent people but saddam doesnt hesitate for murdering hundreds of people. so i think that is why me and those people you mension support his excution.
