harry potter or lord of the rings?

harry potter..lord of the rings.. the two towering giants in the world of fiction ..these two books have been made into movies as well..so if u have a choice on either of these movies or books which one will u prefer?

i love both muvies... its so grat!! both has magic and need high imagination.. but harry potter more for children below 18, while lord of the rings for adult.. but for book, i prefer harry... its quite to imaging for Lord of the rings..

Flimwise i did go for Lord of the rings Bookwise - i will go for harry potter

I would have to say Lord of the rings. I loved the movies and I loved the book. It was thick thick thick book but I read it and it was very very good book. Lot of details that I didnt see in the movies.

ofcourse it si lord of the rings..peter jackson at his best!! cant even compare harry potter with lord of the rings....i mean the movies... the fight scenes and the scnereis are simply superb in LOR
