When can you apply for that PayPal Card.

I think it is a debit card. When can you apply for one and what does it take to be approved? How does it work? Where can you use it and how? Thanks

It's not a card, it's an account linked to your email address. You can use credit cards to transfer money in if you like, or you can transfer money to or from an existing bank account. It's easy to set up and doesn't take long to be approved - ours was approved within hours. Go to the website and read the FAQs. but it's secure and a great way to bank online. http://www.paypal.com

Its been so long since Ive applied for mine but I think you have to have a bank account and let them know that information. You can go to their website and follow the link for their DEBIT card. You can use it as a Mastercard anywhere where MC is accepted. It works like any other debit card, as long as you have the money in the PP account, you are set.
