Saying NO is quiet difficult

saying NO is very difficult for me, i dont know i have tried many things for this but its not working, i think its the most difficult thing for me to do, i cant say NO to my friends, to my parents, to my teachers n almost everyone i know, this is a very small two letter word but the most difficult to say at times. n even sometimes in worse cases if i have said NO then i would feel very bad inside a thing of unpleasantness surrounds me n i get depressed.

But sometimes saying YES is also hard to say.

I understand what you are talking about i can't say no either i will hint around but i hate to hurt anyone and feel really bad if i tell someone no so i try to make people happy even when i really don't want to do something
