Any idea what you want written on Your Tombstone? I was thinking something like, Loved to make people laugh.

I don't want a tombstone at all but an urn so my loved ones can have me with them where ever they are. If they choose to have something written on there it will be something they remember about me and want preserved. I won't care what it is. The specific sentiment is not important just the sentiment.

Absent from the body, present with the LORD. Thanks for your comments.

I used to think that would be nice, but then I saw a bunch of sitcoms where people spill the urns and sweep up the ashes and dump them out by mistake. Or, after a re-marriage, the new spouse doesn't want the ashes around and disposes of them.
I think I would prefer to be buried and left in one spot until the Lord comes back for me.

Since some of my family are not Christians, I think I would like to leave a message for them. Something like,
"The Fool Hath Said In His Heart, There Is No God."
Of course, knowing my family, that would make them more determined to rebel than ever so maybe something a little more gentle would be better.
"She Loved Her Children More Than Life"
Wow. I could write a thousand things, but probably none of them will ever get there. My husband is more likely to write, "She Couldn't Wait To Get To Heaven." or "Jesus Took Her."
