Make Up

I don't quiet understand the question you are asking but I will try and comment anyhow. Hope it's what your talking about. I think that it doesn't matter wether a woman is wearing makeup or not. I can go both ways myself. Some days I will put on a whole face of makeup. Other days I won't put on anything. Most days its just lotion and lipgloss or chapstick for me. I've found though that putting on colored lipgloss will perk up my look and face just a little bit, so even if I don't have time I will smooth on a little.
