Arranged or Love Marraige

I wud like a love marriage for myself coz i feel its easier to live with a person whom u kno properly and who knows u properly.

I think it can work out either way. If arranged marriage is in your culture and you know what your getting into you can learn to love the person, despite all their faults. Though at other times if you are against it you go in with negative thoughts you'll never make the relationship work. Love marriage is great also because you get to know the person and fall in love with them before the marriage. Either way it all ends the same. You love! On the downside it could be bad either way. In arranged you could be stuck in a abusive relationship. But this can happen with love marriages too. You think your in love with this great person. You guys get married. And then they change. Become abusive...but your already in love with this person so its hard to leave. I really think this is a culture call!!! Unless you fall in love before the arranged marriage!

Well i prefer both...one should be arranged and other should be loved...i hope i have chance to experience both in my life.

My vote is definitely love marriage for sure.

Here in America we don't really do arranged marriages, so it would be very hard for me to accept the idea of taking part in one. My great grandparents came from Hungary, and their marriage was arranged. From what I hear, (I never met them) my great grandfather was a very mean man and they never were able to come to love eachother so much. But I've also heard of arranged marriages that worked out very well. I guess it all depends on the culture that you're used to.
