Positive thinking, the habit of reading good books and the practise of meditation are the few means to improve our mental strengh. mind is just like a laundered cloth whatever colour your dip it in,it will take the same colour.

hi,thats exactly true.thats why elders told that spend with good friend's circle..read good books ,develop positive attitude in life...meditation,yoga and exercises also give mental srength .....
