Canibal?

in the prison i work in there are five of them. They are so dangerous they have to be kept on their own (one of them has killed and eaten 3 other prisoners) I am not allowed in their cell space but must talk to them through a glass screen. They are still the most dangerous people in the U.K and will stay in prison for the rest of her life
