Dear friends, in a developing country, most of the youngsters have to go to metropolitan cities for searching job. In that case, they are not able to stay with their parents and care for them which is the foremost responsiblity of the youngsters. Now what could be done to remove this? Other thing is that, because of the incoming people, metropolitan cities become overcrowded and there is shortage of everykind then.

yes my dear I also feel that the youngsters should be given proper opportunity to take care of their parents. and this can be done only by allowing them to be with their families. The mncs should be setting up offices all over the country and not just in metropolitan cities at least this will provide a good distribution of jobs

why should the mnc's be doing this - to be socially responsible?
they are in india to save money or generate money for their shareholders and it is not cost effective to have multiple locations.

I guess you could settle for what you could get in a not an overcowded metropolitan and thus be able to fulfill both your career aspiration and also take care of your parents.
