Who gave the rite to anyone (Bush in this case) to execute anyperson?

Is Mr Bush is capable enough to give life to anyone in this world. IF Not then WHO GAVE THE RITE FOR EXECUTION.
I know who all gave the answer as usual as i read all the related discussion.
When you not enough able to give life to anyone then who give the rite to execute (Saddam in this case).
Those who are thinking of answer, have a look.

hey swati i agree with u that no one other than Mr. Bush is the cause of the war which led to the end of Saddam but dear he had to do this because they(Americans ) want to rule the world they dont want others to prosper .when they saw that iraq was becoming a problem in the name of having nuclear weapons(which still is unknown wher in iraq it is kept)the american force invaded . the invasion was not for weapons it was for ending the Saddam rule and cause terror to those who will become a problem.
well its just that whatever they do is for the goodness of the world and because of there silly and inhuman policies the US people suffer.

Um, Americans don't want to rule the world. We just want our jobs back from other countries, our borders closed and our men and women home from this stupid war. We have no control over anything, not any more than you do. This war is between our leaders not our people.

Yes, wht u said , I agreee with that but u know many times it happends that the person having powers is missusing it, or using it for wrong purpose instead of taking revenge by just killing saddam, he should be punished to serve the people who are affected by him.. to set an example .

with smile say tht i knw it was the court but u not deny the fact the court is controlled by USA Govt . i accept tht it is court procedding but can u say its fair trial given to him. if u knw its execution order is pass by lower court of tht country iraq and all of us know the fact whether say openly or not that saddam not received fair trial with the fact the from day one of saddam proceeding is pre-determined one. each day of procedding of court is like a play in the stage. i knw coz i got the chance of seeing this frm very near.
u got the news wht they i.e USA govt want to hear u n hear whole world. wht saddam says u never knows nor the press nor anybody.
it is dissussion only and im still smiling :)
