I am going to take just your three minutes and after reading this you become very much aware of your rights. cosumer protection act provides u remedy and provided u consumer forums. what the only thing u have to do is to take recipt of every thing u purchase and if any fault come then u can exchange it thriugh cosumer court or u can also get compensation for any kind of deficiency in services. even u can get compensation for delay in your flight. u can also chalange the electricity bill amount if u found it inflated and on i also want to infom that the electricity department can never follow the procedure before making any additional demand and the amount demanded be quashed. i give more information to u another day and also answers your questions and always on this site to help u and find me again on "consumer"
