What would be the title for your book. And how would you pick this title? And Why?

If I were going to write a novel it would be half fiction and half non-fiction. I would also write about half of it before picking a title. My first one may be called "The Blind Truth". Although someone else probably has that title.

I've joined the National Novel Writing Month (www.nanowrimo.org) since two Novembers ago. That's when participants write 50,000 words in 30 days while doing normal things in life (working, studying, taking care of the kids, etc.) and I've learned a lot about title creation, although I think it's mostly applicable to me.
First, I find myself creating the title after having written at least 50% of the novel (book in your case) because by that time I at least know what I'm talking about in the story. Last year, the title was about how the protagonist reacts to problems, which was "Not Everything's Normal" - what he says when something weird happens.
This year my working title might be, "How to Feed a Dragon" which is about a person getting a pet dragon.

I don't know. But I'd want to write something about detectives, don't know if I write a novel or just a short story. But if I write any type of novel/tale/story it would be a detective one.

It would be about motherhood, it would be humorous though. I would call it...you know what? I`m drawing a big blank. I used to want to be an author, a writer, a journalist so bad when I was younger. I never pursued my dream and now I`ve lost my touch. I think this is making me want to start my goal over again! Practice. Then, I`ll come up with a good title!
