i suggest you to take 8-10 glasses a day... it's very effective..

how much water you need depends on your body's needs. I have been tought through the diet program that I am currently involved in is that you need 8-10 8 oz glasses of water, plus 8 ozs for every 25 pouds you are over your ideal body weight. It seems like a lot of water - especially if you have a lot of weight to lose but you can drink flavored water. I really enjoy the Walmart brand of Crystal Light - it's much cheaper and there are zero calories per serving - Crystal Light has 5 calories per serving.

They suggest about 8 glasses of water a day, but in my opinion, the more water you drink, the better your success will be in losing weight because you have that feeling of fullness.

i daily drink minimum 5-7 liters water daily , how much water you drink daily

I don't know the exact quantity but I have been told if you drink a large glass of water before each meal it will help to fill you up and you will not eat so much.
