Here are some nutritional highlights of crab meats: Crab(Alaska King),1 leg,4.7 Oz(133g) (cooked,moist heat) Calories: 130 Protein: 26g Carbohydrate: 0.0g Total fat:2.1g Fiber:0.0g Excellent Source of Selenium(53.6mcg) Good Source of Magnesium (84.4mcg),Vitamin B6(0.24mg),and Folate(68mcg) So what you think,isn't it better then any other meat? I love Crab meat. Anyone here like it too?

Oh yes I love my seafood, especially crab it taste so lovely no wonder they say that seafood is very good for your health when I read this from you the information you have put here I really appreciate your discussion here as I did not realize all these nutritonal values of the crab so now I will eat even more than before.

crab meat is really a great food! though not all people can afford for it... that's why i learn the crab & corn soup as we really try to get all the meat even to the smallest legs of the crab as to make value of the price you paid for. use crabmeats ( from legs ) into boiling water with onions & garlic ; cream of corn ; dash of pepper & salt; add little cornstarch mixed in water to desired consistency; drop 1 egg with continuous stirring til cooked. Serve hot with garlic bread!
