Being a father of twins

Well after seven years of our marriage finally my wife has conceived and morever they are twins. We are worried as its the first time and that too twins and on above that I have to leave her as I have got an assignment abroad, so she will be our parents Suggest me some ways to keep away from tensions when I am away. Thanks

I think it's terrific that you're having twins, especially after a long time. Congratualations! It's good that she has some family around to support her. There's nothing more encouraging than having people who care about you looking after you when you're due to have a baby - or two.
The best thing you can do is keep in touch with her as much as possible while you're away. Knowing that you care about her will help a lot.
How long will you be away on assignment?

I wish you well. Did you say your wife will be with your parents? They will be great support. I know it is hard not to worry, but she will be fine. You need to take care of your assignments, and be there for her through letters and phone calls.
