transport by land-way or plane?

if you went to holiday, and your destination is far away from your home, which one do you prefer? land-way(bus/car/bike) or plane? and why?

i think airways is better now cuz on land there is lots of population

i prefer to travel by plane because it is much faster than any other way if i am going on a long trip. The time it takes to get there by car is too tiring.
