Are there any sites that teach u how to knit or make clothes??

I need something that will do step by step instructions where its easy to catch on..
I would love to learn to make clothes and knit but I have never done it and have no one to show me how..
Is there a site that you have seen that helps?

Have you seen the knitty.com website? There are always new patterns there.
If you have a library they always have sewing and knitting books. Also, used bookstores usually have some. It's good to have reference books in case you get stuck.

Do a search for knitting or sewing. It has directions and links to other sites with directions. I learned how to knit through directions I found here -- with pictures.

Well there are hundreds of web sites, just type in learn to sew,sewing info etc. I have sewn since I was in high school and I was a training instructor for twenty years and now i am a contractor that makes medical scrubs. If you have questions about sewing i may be able to explain it to you over the net. Do you have a sewing machine? What kind do you have? I can give you some pointers on the type you will need if you like.
