Why Mahathir Hates Bush?

Malaysia is always hot when it relates the issue against US. When Mahathir still as president, he urges the world to press US and to push Bush aside. Why Mahathir and Bush are againts each other?

that's it, bush should be friend with mahathir so bush can visit mahathir house and drink a cup of coffee there.
