I had a chance to see the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" this past weekend, and I LOVED it! I've been down the financial hell road, so I could relate to some his struggles. I really admired his grit and determination to do what is right for his son, and to maintain respectability while digging out of the trouble spot he was in. Did you see the movie? What did you think? How can we do more about homelessness?

Honestly, I think if more people cared about others that would make a HUGE differance. Also, there should be more shelters and organizations that can help others get back on their feet. That is just me.

I got the chance to see this movie before it was released and told everyone I knew to go see it. I thought it was an amazing movie. One that actually had a message. Many movies these days are just dramas or action flicks. It was nice to see something different, something that showed that people can overcome anything.
