Video Games and Our Children

Are video games ruining our children? Do you think they affect their attitudes and are they making them lazy? You don't see kids out riding their bikes or playing outside like they used to.

Lol, I hope not. I just got my daughter, who is going to be three in a couple of weeks, that V-Smile video game thing. Of course, it is a little bit, actually quite a bit, educational. She got it for Christmas though and has only played it once. It wasn't that she didn't like it, but I also want her to do other things. We don't have a lot of room, so she doesn't have a bike, but she does have other outdoors toys and we recently got a puppy. She love it when we go for walks.
In all honestly, I think that video games are okay, as long as they aren't being played too much. I never really got into playing video games when I was younger, but many of my friend did. In fact, some are still obessed with them five year later.
