When you lay your head to your pillow at night what worries keep you from falling asleep?

I write all the worries in my diary and feel it is taken care of by some one next (that is myself). So I have no problem is getting the sleep.

I guess a better question would be, what doesn't keep me up at night? I'm a night worrier. All my stress and worries come out and my mind races and I end up getting back up and playing on the computer until I'm so exhausted I can't think. My life is not bad at all, so my worries are mostly exaggerated in my head. Ya know?

Absolutely nothing - I never lie in bed worrying about anything. No matter what's happened during the day or what problems I have I can always switch off.

Very little in fact. But every once in a while I worry about finances and problems with the family. I'm learning that worrying about them won't fix them so the best way to deal with them is get some good sleep.

Nothing anymore, I'm some-what at peace with myself, although often worry about the future.
