Hey you guys I live and Seattle and we are about 4-1/2 hours away from the new year. At this point I am pretty tipsy. I feel on a normal basis though I may drink toooooo much. I would like to correct this sometime in the new year. I know all about AA, but I don't like the idea of sitting with a bunch of people and saying I am an alcoholic. I have a full time job, I make good money and take care of my family. After work I may just drink a little too much. What are good ways to cut back or quit without having to have people invade my privacy?
