Job for a 14 yr old

My son is 14 and i want him to get a job, but I don't know where a 14 yr old can get one. If anyone has any ideas please respond.

I know some places hire at 16 but I'm not sure about 14.
Perhaps he could cut peoples lawns or wash cars? He might be able to do small things like that but a real job, I'm not too sure.
