do you sleepwalk????

hay my friend, of course i'm not. but i want to ask why people can do that?

I do not sleep walk but have lived with a few people that do. My father did it often as well. We did learn not to wake him up but direct him back to bed. Once when he was young his sister woke him up and he knocked her across the room. When he woke up and heard what he did he felt so bad. So he warned us from an early age not to touch him to wake him up...so I used to call him from the doorway in order to get him up in the mornings LOL
