do you prefer veggies over meat? do you believe veggies can make u healthier? or veggies sucks for you?..what veggies do you prefer?

I have been an lacto ovo vegetarian for 11 years. I believe it is a healthy way to live and the best thing to conserve our natural resources.

Well i am a pure veggie......but of late now i ahve started eating eggs....but thats the only things remotely associated to non veg.....and i cant understand how can people eat some thing after killing an animal?????
