Plus, relying on laxatives can backfire. Their dehydrating effect often leads to constipation, so using this method to slim down for a Saturday night party on Sunday. Yet another downside: "With regular use, your colon can become dependent on the laxatives. Reach for lots of fluids and high-fiber foods. This will keep you regular and make you feel full, so you'll eat less and lose weight for real.

fruits are good for diet programs - fruits are better in aiding people who wants to go get a diet
it's not advisable to use laxatives as dieting aids. they might be really cheap compared to other brands but they are harmful for the health. those who are taking laxatives almost everyday of their lives will just suffer from dehydration and will not help at all but just make you more ill and weak. it's better to have diet in a healthy way by eating vegetables, fruits and exercising.
