You get paid thru paypal, ikobo or egold. Go to ur profile page and update your payment information. You have 2 options, paypal or ikobo. Open account with anyone of them as per your convenience and their availability in your country.

it depends on the place you stay i mean if paypal is available in ur country well and good otherwise u can have ikobo or egold but i have a paypal account it is famous and may be used without a credit card i recommend paypal
